London Play

I went up to London last Thursday to see a play 

It was a very good play indeed.

But while I was there I took some photos of London and her lovely lights.

The play was hilarious and you have to go and see it I didnt stop laughing through the whole thing :)

Flushed Away

FLUSHED AWAY, in which Roddy, voiced by HUGH JACKMAN, is a pet mouse whose life in a cage in London’s Kensington, comes to a sudden end when he’s flushed down the loo into the sewers, a world of nasty amphibians, led by Toad, (IAN McKELLEN), and more amiable rodents, like the resourceful and spunky Rita, (KATE WINSLET).

The immensely talented folk at Aardman have moved from clay to computer animation with this funny and very likeable, if at times rather too busy, romp. 

The very British humour – mostly made up of some clever puns and pop culture references – will ensure parents have a great time while the kids should enjoy the frantic adventures of Roddy and Rita as they try to prevent the flooding of their underwater world.

IAN McKELLEN'S monstrous Toad is almost matched in the camp stakes by JEAN RENO's wily French frog, and as strong arm men who aren’t very bright, BILL NIGHY and ANDY SERKIS also provide plenty of fun. 

The backdrops are unusually detailed and witty. The sewer world is a replica of London made up of bits and pieces of rubbish, and almost every frame contains some kind of visual joke providing an extra bonus for the viewer.
